1. ALL DRIVERS MUST BE VOTED IN BY THE EXISTING CUP SERIES ROSTER MAJORITY AS THE FINAL STEP IN ENTERING THE GOBRL CUP SERIES.

2. Only drivers who have either raced in GOBRL in the past or those who have completed a full season of NASCAR 2003 Season Racing League Busch or Truck Series are eligible to be presented for voting onto the GOBRL Cup Series Roster.

3. Final eligibility to be presented for Cup Series entry vote is at the administrators discretion.

4. Only 20 drivers are allowed on the GOBRL Cup Series Roster.

5. If a driver misses 3 races in a row without first consulting an administrator, then the driver will lose their spot on the GOBRL Cup Series Roster.

Hey guys.. I am planning trying to run this evening may 10th... I will be in the server to pratice.. and I have been running the track just a bit...I have been having problems getting around this track... SSSoo it would not hurt my feelings at all if you think I need to not run with you guys after seeing me... and I will certainly be judging myself as I have only ran pratice laps by my self.. just let me know.... I do not want to be in the way any more than usual and it is a very hard track... hope to see you tonight.....rich m.

The only problem i see is that its some sort of crime to run the 99 on a chevy Laughing

i am always the 16, but my favorite driver is carl and i saw it open according to the roster. ill just take the #16 ford as usual
