 Issues with Vista

I was curious if anyone was using Vista and able to get 2K3 to work?  I just got a new computer on Monday and installed 2k3 with the update patch.  When I click on the icon, and it all goes bad from there.  I did some research and a common answer to my problem go to the 'properties' tab and set the game to run in XP fashion and allow administrator rights.  I did that and nothing changed.  I am at my wits end.  If anyone has had this problem, please let me know!

feel free to delete this post.  it was a driver issue with NVidia.  problem solved!
